ATE1-127-4A is a non-sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 4 A, 33.4 W Qmax and 66°C ΔTmax in a 30 × 30 mm, 127-couple package (15.4 V Vmax).

Standard non-sealed construction for dry, temperature-controlled environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
