ATE1-18-1R5A is a non-sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 1.53 A, 2.2 W Qmax and 71°C ΔTmax in a 6 × 6 mm, 18-couple package (2.3 V Vmax). It has a trapezoidal footprint: the cold-side length (Lc) is 6 mm while the hot-side length (Lh) is 7.6 mm.
Standard non-sealed construction for dry, temperature-controlled environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
