ATE1-31-1A is a non-sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 1 A, 2.2 W Qmax and 75°C ΔTmax in a 10 × 10 mm, 31-couple package (3.8 V Vmax).
Standard non-sealed construction for dry, temperature-controlled environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
