ATE1-17-4AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 4 A, 5.6 W Qmax and 61.5°C ΔTmax in a 12 × 12 mm, 17-couple package (2 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
