ATE1-07-1AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 1 A, 0.6 W Qmax and 61.5°C ΔTmax in a 8 × 8 mm, 7-couple package (0.8 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
