ATE1-17-1.4AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 1.4 A, 2 W Qmax and 72.5°C ΔTmax in a 6 × 6 mm, 17-couple package (2.2 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
