ATE1-11-R8A is a non-sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 0.8 A, 0.7 W Qmax and 74.5°C ΔTmax in a 4 × 6 mm, 11-couple package (1.4 V Vmax).
Standard non-sealed construction for dry, temperature-controlled environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
