ATE1-127-10AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 10 A, 85 W Qmax and 66°C ΔTmax in a 40 × 40 mm, 127-couple package (15.4 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
