Product Overview
The HANDI-VAC is an ESD-safe vacuum pick-up pen for handling small SMD components during prototyping, rework, and assembly. It lifts and places chips, resistors, capacitors, and other surface-mount parts without tweezers, reducing the risk of damage or dropped components.
Three interchangeable vacuum pads are supplied: V9013 (3.18 mm, up to 1.4 g), V9025 (6.35 mm, up to 5.8 g), and V9038 (9.53 mm, up to 13 g), covering a wide range of component sizes. All pads are heat resistant to 220°C and meet an ESD management standard of 103 ~ 106 ohm/sq, protecting sensitive components from static discharge.
At 69.85 mm long, 12.77 mm in diameter and just 3.9 g, the pen is compact and light enough for extended use on the bench.
