ATI2202 2A 340kHz Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC Converter (18V Input)

The ATI2202 is a 340 kHz fixed-frequency PWM synchronous step-down regulator delivering up to 2 A output current from a 4.75 V to 18 V input. Two integrated 0.13Ω MOSFET switches provide up to 93% efficiency across a wide load range.

This product page provides selectable configurations. Customers can choose the ATI2202 main product only or the ATI2202EV1 evaluation board only from the configuration menu. Each configuration has its own SKU, price, and stock quantity.

The ATI2202EV1 evaluation board is designed for convenient evaluation of the ATI2202 step-down DC/DC converter and ships with the ATI2202 already soldered onto the board, ready for testing. It provides a complete application circuit, adjustable output voltage, terminal blocks, solder pads, and measurement nodes for easy connection to external instruments and components.

The ATI2202 uses current-mode control for fast transient response with cycle-by-cycle over-current protection and 1 µA typical shutdown current. Adjustable soft-start prevents inrush at turn-on, and over-temperature shutdown protects the device under fault. It is offered in a thermally enhanced SOP-8 package with a heat-sink solder pad.
