Product Overview
The AT8023D is a bi-direction relay driver designed to control DC motors and magnetic latching relays with large output capability and ultra-low power consumption. It is well suited for smart meters, motor drive circuits, and pulse or level-controlled magnetic latching relay applications.
The AT8023D integrates a high-speed freewheeling diode with a built-in reverse-voltage function, eliminating the need for external TVS in typical applications. Its input high/low conversion level is approximately 1.5V, providing direct compatibility with a wide range of microcontrollers.
