Product Overview
ATFC106D is a digitally controlled TEC/fan assembly controller for regulating the temperature of an enclosed chamber by driving a TEC array and a fan array. It integrates a digital display, a TEC controller, a fan controller, and a temperature-controlled relay output into a single panel-mount assembly, delivering up to 12V/20A to the TEC at over 98% efficiency with no heat sink required.
Two independent control loops are provided: the TEC loop has a bi-directional output for both heating and cooling, while the fan loop switches the fan on and off. Users can set the set-point and safety temperature windows and monitor the heat sink hot-side, heat sink cold-side, and chamber temperatures. If the chamber temperature exceeds the safety window, the controller sends a relay control signal to cut off an AC power switch. A communication function allows the real-time status of the controller to be displayed on a computer.
