The ATDC2934 is a current-mode PWM step-down DC/DC converter with a 0.9Ω integrated switch, delivering up to 600mA output current from a wide 5V to 42V input. Its 1.2MHz fixed switching frequency allows for small external components in a compact solution.
The ATDC2934 employs fixed-frequency peak-current mode control with internal compensation and soft-start, and features high-side and low-side current limits, over-voltage protection, and thermal shutdown. Achieves up to 95% efficiency at VIN=12V. Available in a thermally enhanced SOT-23-6 package.
