The AT8091 is a rail-to-rail output high-speed voltage-feedback operational amplifier with a −3dB bandwidth of 350MHz at unity gain and low input bias current of 1pA. It is optimized for wide bandwidth applications such as imaging, video, and high-speed data conversion.
The AT8091 delivers low distortion and fast settling from a single supply as low as 2.5V, with a quiescent current of 4.2mA per amplifier. It is available in compact SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages for space-constrained designs.
