Product Overview
The AT9451 is a 1.8MHz non-synchronous step-down switching regulator with an integrated 500mΩ high-side power MOSFET. It provides internally compensated 0.6A peak output current over a wide 4.2V to 40V input range, with efficiency exceeding 90%.
The AT9451 features stable operation with ceramic output capacitors, internal soft-start, and precision current limiting without an external sense resistor. Low quiescent current (230µA operating, <1µA shutdown) makes it suitable for battery-powered applications. It is available in SOT23-6.
