The AT6538 is a high-performance, low-power, digital-output top-ported omni-directional MEMS microphone. It integrates a MEMS microphone element with an integrated analog-to-digital converter, delivering high SNR and stable sensitivity over the full 1.6V to 3.6V supply range.
The AT6538 uses a Multi Chip Module (MCM) construction with a built-in EMI filter for high RF immunity, and is packaged in a 2.75mm × 1.85mm × 1.25mm surface-mount form factor. It is Halogen and Lead free and reflow-solder compatible.
