Product Overview
The AT9342 is a high-frequency (1.8MHz) buck-type switching regulator with an integrated high-side high-voltage power MOSFET (500mΩ). It delivers up to 0.6A output current across a wide 4.2V to 40V input range, achieving up to 90% efficiency through current-mode control.
The AT9342 features frequency folding technology to prevent uncontrolled inductor current at startup, internal soft-start, and precision current limiting without a sampling resistor. Low quiescent current (230µA) makes it well suited for battery-powered instrumentation, industrial power systems, and distributed power designs. It is available in SOT23-6L.
