ATE1-31-3BS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 3 A, 7.8 W Qmax and 62°C ΔTmax in a 15 × 15 mm, 31-couple package (3.7 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
