Product Overview
The TECLD100MA203D combines a high efficiency TEC controller and a low noise laser driver in one compact, fully shielded module. It drives laser diodes up to 100mA without a heat sink and TEC modules up to ±3.5A, with ±0.001°C temperature stability.
All analog parameters are set and read back through a 2-pin digital port. One parameter can be set through the analog input (AI) pin, and one signal can be monitored through the analog output (AO) pin. The TEC controller has an auto PID compensation network, and the laser driver has a programmable current limit. One control pin selects four modes: shutdown, standby, on, and PID auto tuning. This product is in development; specifications may change.
