The ATLS250MA104D is a constant current laser diode driver designed for driving up to 250mA laser diodes with ultra-low output noise. It operates from a 3.1V ~ 5.5V power supply and delivers stable current output across a 1.5V ~ 4V load voltage range, with output noise <3.6µAP-P (0.1Hz ~ 10Hz).
The driver is suitable for applications including DPSSL, EDFA, SOA, Fiber Laser, DSB Diode Lasers.
