Product Overview
The R06-131V is a 0603 0.1% SMD resistor kit holding 131 resistance values. Each value is pre-sorted and stored separately, so locating a specific resistor takes seconds instead of a parts-drawer search.
It ships in our patented Super SMD Component Enclosure with 200 individually lidded and labeled bins, which keeps the set organized on a workbench, on a shelf, or in transit to another site.
Resistance vs. Marking Code
The bin lids are labeled with resistance values, but each 0603 resistor carries only a marking code, and this kit uses two code types. Values that belong to the E-96 series are marked with a 3-character EIA-96 code: two digits for the value and one letter for the multiplier (01X = 10.0Ω, 01E = 1M). All other values are marked with a 3-digit code: the first two digits are the value and the third digit is the number of zeros that follow (120 = 12.0Ω, 123 = 12K). The table below follows the bin layout of the enclosure: 20 columns by 10 rows. The 131 values fill the first 7 rows, and the remaining bins are left empty.
