ATSC230K100 230KΩ 4170K NTC Thermistor Assembly (Stainless Housing, 2-Pin Plug)

ATSC230K100 (also written ATSC230K-100) is a 230KΩ NTC thermistor assembly (B-value 4170K @25/50) housed in an 18-8 stainless steel housing with a stainless flange, with a high-precision glass-encapsulated thermistor inside. The 26 AWG PVC-insulated leads are terminated in a standard 2-pin plug (XH-2.54-2P), and the assembly is rated for -30°C ~ +300°C operation.

Designed for liquid temperature sensing such as washing machines, dishwashers, heat pumps and electric boilers, it offers high accuracy around boiling water (≤±1°C within 95°C–102°C). The high 230KΩ nominal resistance is chosen for this range: it keeps sensing current and self-heating low at the hot end, where a 10KΩ part would warm itself and read high.

The stainless cap and flange withstand harsh environments such as acid and moisture, and the flange bolts the assembly onto a chassis or tank wall. Glass encapsulation of the element inside gives long-term stability with no short- or long-term parameter drift. Lead length and connector type can be customized on request.
