Product Overview
The ATLS500MA212DHS is a high-speed constant current laser diode driver designed for driving up to 500mA laser diodes. It operates from a 4.5V ~ 15V power supply and delivers stable current output across a 0.9V ~ 12V load voltage range, with a wide DC ~ 20kHz modulation bandwidth for higher-speed operation than the ATLS500MA212D.
It features dual independent current set ports, direct digital modulation control, three control states (shutdown, standby, operation), and a fully shielded package. The driver is suitable for applications including Diode Laser Driving, Fiber Laser, DPSS, Precision Optical Sensing.
