ATE1-35-1AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 1 A, 3.2 W Qmax and 62°C ΔTmax in a 30 × 15 mm, 35-couple package (4.2 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
