Operational Amplifier
Supply Voltage: 2.5V ~ 5.5V
Bandwidth (GBW): 14MHz
Rail-to-Rail I/O, Ultra Low Power
Product Overview
The AT821 is a low-voltage, ultra-low-power CMOS operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail input and output operation with a 14MHz gain-bandwidth product. It operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply, making it well suited for sensor interfaces, photodiode amplification, active filters, and portable equipment.
The AT821 offers a ±0.6mV typical input offset with 1.6µV/°C drift and rail-to-rail I/O. Input terminals are diode-clamped to within 0.5V beyond the supply rails, and the device is unity-gain stable with ultra-low input bias current (1pA typical). It is specified over the −40°C to +125°C industrial and automotive temperature range.
