The ATDC1934 features ultra-low shutdown current (<0.6µA) and achieves up to 95% efficiency at VIN=12V. Its adjustable output ranges from 0.8V to 0.9×VIN, and integrated thermal shutdown protects the device under fault conditions. It is available in SOT23-6.
