The TECA1LD-3V-3V-D is a high-precision bipolar TEC controller with a built-in compensation network, eliminating the need for external loop tuning. It operates from a 3.3V supply, drives up to 2.5A across the TEC at ±3V output, and delivers set-point accuracy better than ≤5mV.
