Product Overview
The TEC28V15AD is a high-power bipolar TEC controller, capable of driving up to 15A across the TEC at up to ±20V output from a 5.5V ~ 25V supply. It offers continuous bi-directional output, programmable output current and voltage limits, and TEC temperature, current and voltage monitoring signals. It supports thermistor, RTD, and IC sensors, with thermistor injection current below 1µA.
This is the DIP version with the 4VRS function on Pin 1. Designed for industrial cooling, high-power laser thermal management, CCD/IR sensor stabilization, and other demanding temperature control applications requiring sub-millikelvin stability. This product is in development; specifications may change.
