The ATLS4A202D is a constant current laser diode driver designed for driving up to 4A laser diodes with low output noise. It operates from a 3.0V ~ 5.5V power supply and delivers stable current output across a 0V ~ 5.3V load voltage range, with output noise <4.69µAP-P (0.1Hz ~ 10Hz).
The driver is suitable for applications including DPSSL, EDFA, Fiber Laser, Direct Diode Lasers.
