Product Overview

The ACHV40WBT is an AC-DC high voltage power supply designed to drive 25W to 40W CO2 laser tubes for laser cutting, engraving, and marking systems. It converts a switch-selectable 110 V or 220 V AC input into a high voltage output up to 25 kV, with a maximum output current of 25 mA and ≥90% full-load efficiency.
The laser output power is controlled by a 0~5 V analog signal or a PWM signal for fine modulation. The supply also provides 24 V/3 A and 5 V/1 A DC auxiliary outputs to power the laser system motherboard directly. The AC input and the signal port are located on the same end, using plug-in terminals and XH-P signal terminals for easy integration.
Built-in open-circuit protection safeguards the supply against damage from laser-tube burst, and overcurrent protection, fast response (≤1 ms), and force-air cooling (FAC) ensure stable operation during continuous use. An integrated discharge resistor bleeds off residual voltage within two seconds after power-down. The laser tube must be water-cooled in operation, the high voltage output must not be left open-circuit, and the enclosure must be properly grounded through a three-prong outlet.
