The ATLS250MA117D is a constant current laser diode driver designed for driving up to 250mA laser diodes with ultra-low output noise. It operates from a 3.3V ~ 10V power supply and delivers stable current output across a 0.5V ~ 8.5V load voltage range, with output noise <3µAP-P (0.1Hz ~ 10Hz).
The driver is suitable for applications including DPSSL, EDFA, SOA, Fiber Laser, DSB Diode Lasers.
