The ATLS100MA103D is a constant current laser diode driver designed for driving up to 100mA laser diodes with ultra-low output noise. It operates from a 3.1V ~ 5.5V power supply and delivers stable current output across a 0.4V ~ 4.5V load voltage range, with output noise <1.5µAP-P (0.1Hz ~ 10Hz).
The driver is suitable for applications including DPSSL, EDFA, SOA, Fiber Laser, Direct Diode Lasers.
