ATE1-49-6AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 6 A, 21.5 W Qmax and 62°C ΔTmax in a 25 × 25 mm, 49-couple package (5.9 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
