ATE1-31-1.9AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 1.9 A, 5.1 W Qmax and 74.5°C ΔTmax in a 13 × 13 mm, 31-couple package (3.9 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
