ATLS100MA116DEV1.0 Evaluation Board for ATLSxA116 Series Laser Drivers

The ATLS100MA116DEV1.0 is a laser driver evaluation board developed for ATLSxA116D series diode laser drivers/controllers. It provides a convenient platform for evaluating ultra-low-noise DIP-package laser driver modules before connecting an actual laser diode.

This evaluation board is designed for use with ATLS100MA116D, ATLS200MA116D, and ATLS250MA116D laser drivers. It includes a built-in dummy laser on the board, allowing users to emulate an expensive real laser diode first and verify the driver’s operation under controlled test conditions.

The ATLS100MA116DEV1.0 allows convenient output current setting and output current limit adjustment. After confirming that the controller works properly and the programmed values meet the application requirements, users can disconnect the dummy laser by switch and connect a real diode laser through the proper board connections.

This evaluation board also supports output current monitoring, controller temperature reading, working status monitoring, and external connections through pads and terminal connectors, making it suitable for laser driver function evaluation and basic specification verification. The ATLS100MA116DEV1.0 is 100% lead (Pb)-free and RoHS compliant.
