ATH10K1R3B3950K0.5% is a 10KΩ ±0.5% NTC thermistor (B-value 3950K @25/50) built in a bare bead package with bare tinned leads, rated for -40°C ~ +250°C operation.
Its compact bead gives fast thermal response and tight coupling to the sensed surface. Ideal for precision temperature sensing, measurement and compensation in laser diodes, optical modules, CCD/IR cameras and medical or industrial instruments; pairs with ATI TEC modules and temperature controllers.
