ATE1-19-4ASH is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 4 A, 5.6 W Qmax and 63°C ΔTmax in a 20 × 10 mm, 19-couple package (2.3 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of high-ambient industrial cooling, power electronics and outdoor enclosures; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
