ATE1-18-R4A is a non-sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 0.44 A, 0.6 W Qmax and 71.5°C ΔTmax in a 3.5 × 3.5 mm, 18-couple package (2.3 V Vmax). It has a trapezoidal footprint: the cold-side length (Lc) is 3.5 mm while the hot-side length (Lh) is 4.5 mm.
Standard non-sealed construction for dry, temperature-controlled environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
