ATE1-161-6AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 6 A, 67.2 W Qmax and 67°C ΔTmax in a 45 × 45 mm, 161-couple package (19.3 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
