ATCR1R5-1.5 1.5W/mK 1.5mm Silicone Thermal Pad (200×200mm)

ATCR1R5-1.5 is a silicone-based soft thermal conductive pad rated 1.5 W/m·K, supplied as a 200 × 200 mm sheet at 1.5 mm thickness. The pad fills micro-gaps between heat sources and heat sinks, eliminating air pockets and delivering efficient heat transfer in low-pressure applications.

Naturally tacky on both faces with electrical insulation, shock absorption, and UL 94 V0 flame rating. Operates stably from −40°C to +150°C. Widely used in CPU/GPU cooling modules, LED lighting, automotive ECUs, LCD backlights, and power conversion devices; pairs well with ATI heat sinks and TEC modules.
