ATE1-63-6AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 6 A, 25.2 W Qmax and 63°C ΔTmax in a 40 × 20 mm, 63-couple package (7.6 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of laser diodes, optical components, CCD / IR cameras and bio-tech instruments; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
