ATEC1-49-3AS is a sealed, single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC / Peltier module) rated 3 A, 12.6 W Qmax and 63°C ΔTmax in a 26 × 10 mm, 49-couple package (5.5 V Vmax).
Its edge-sealed construction blocks moisture for humid or condensing environments. Ideal for temperature control of TO-can laser diodes, photodetectors and circular optical sub-assemblies; pairs with ATI TEC controllers and NTC thermistors.
