ATLS6A214D is a high voltage laser diode driver with wide input voltage range and high output current. This laser driver is one of 214 series laser diode drivers, which can drive high voltage laser driver or multiple laser drivers at the same time. This laser driver outputs up to 6A current, which is different with other laser drivers in this series, such as ATLS4A214D and ATLS8A214D. ATLS4A214D is the diode laser driver in the high output current and input voltage laser driver 214 series, which are designed to drive one or more diode lasers simultaneously with up to 4A well controlled output current at high efficiency of 90%. High efficiency makes the laser driver generate small amount of heat, which needs no heat sinks during normal operation. In this series, there are other two laser drivers, i.e. ATLS6A214D and ATLS8A214D. These two laser drivers come with different maximum output currents, 6A and 8A respectively.(more)
