Constant current laser driver ATLS6A201D is a kind of electronic modules designed for driving laser diode with up to 6A constant current, as shown in the Figure 1. This laser driver has high efficiency, low noise, high reliability, zero EMI, small package and some other advantages. There are many functions as follows: laser current control and monitoring, over temperature protection, great loop indication, laser diode status indication, soft start and shut down. What’s more, this laser driver comes with 2.5V reference voltage with high stability and low noise, which can be used as the reference of ADCs and DACs. 2.5V reference can set the output current by setting the voltage of LIS.(more)

AAS40A3.5V2 is an electronic power supply designed for driving 40A laser diode with low noise, as shown in Figure 1. The internal or external POT can set the output current of 0 to 40A by an analog voltage of 0 to 2.5V. By using the digital signal control, the pulse output current can be generated at PCN port and in this case, the LIS port can set the peak output current while the LISL port can set the valley output current.(more)

Laser driver ATLS1A212D is designed for driving high voltage diode laser or multiple diode lasers simultaneously. It is a typical one in high voltage laser driver series. In this series, there are three other high voltage laser drivers including ATLS500mA212D, ATLS2A212D, and ATLS3A212D. The main difference lies in the maximum current. As the part number indicates, ATLS1A212D comes with a 1A maximum output current, and the other three laser drivers come with 500mA, 2A and 3A respectively.(more)

ATE1-TC-199 series thermal cycling TEC module comes with 199 pairs of Peltier elements inside. These TEC modules are designed to regulatethe target object temperature with high changing speed and stabilize the temperature with high precision. The thermal cycling TEC modules have a longer operational life than standard TEC modules since the service life of the standard TEC modules will be reduced significantly when they are exposed to demanding physical stresses as the module shifts from heating to cooling. There are two TEC modules in this series, ATE1-TC-199-13A and ATE1-TC-199-13AS. The only difference between them is that the former is a non-sealed one and the latter is a sealed one. The maximum input voltage of the TEC modules is 27.4 Volt. The output current is 13A. The temperature difference is 72°C.(more)

ATLSXA212D series laser drivers are independent research and development products of ATI. ATI is a company specializing in designing and releasing laser drivers, TEC controllers, SMT/SMD component kits, and so on. ATLSXA212D series laser driver is a typical one with high efficiency (more than 90%) and low noise (less than 12µA@0.1Hz ~ 10Hz). And ATLSXA212D provides four maximum output currents, 500mA, 1A, 2A and 3A, for users to select. Figure 1 is the photo of ATLS1A212D laser driver with maximum output current 1A.(more)
