The laser drivers feature high efficiency, high stability, low noise and compact size. And because of high efficiency, they don’t need heat sinks during normal operation. ATLS4A214 laser driver is an electric module with high voltage and constant current, which is used to drive laser diodes in many fields, such as modern industry, communication, national defense and so on. TEC module is short for thermoelectric cooler, and is also called Peltier cooler, or TECs. There are multiple pairs of Peltier elements inside the two ceramic plates of TEC modules. One ceramic plate dissipates heat and the other side absorbs heat. The TEC module is perfect for temperature control applications.(more)

The ATLS4A214D laser driver is an independent research and development product of ATI. The laser driver features that the power supply voltage VPS range is from 5V to 14V, the full swing output voltage is from 0V to 75% VPS (input voltage) and the maximum output current is 4A. And it also has a wide output voltage range, 0~15V, which can drive one or multiple laser diodes at the same time and also control the current (up to 4A) well.(more)

There are multiple series of Thermal cycling TEC modules in our company. ATE1-TC-71 TEC modules come with a longer thermal cycling operational life than standard TEC modules. These thermal cycling TEC modules are designed for temperature cycling applications. In these applications, TEC modules are exposed to demanding physical stresses when the TEC modules shift from heating to cooling, and this can reduce the operational life of standard TEC modules. Therefore, thermal cycling TEC modules will be a perfect solution. ATE1-TC-71 series TEC modules have two products, ATE1-TC-71-5R5AS and ATE1-TC-71-7R8AS. There are totally 71 pairs of Peltier elements. The maximum currents through the TECs are 5.5A and 7.8A respectively; the maximum input voltage of both TEC modules is 9V. The size is very compact, 30*30mm.(more)

ATE1-TC-127 series thermal cycling TEC modules come with high input voltage, 17.5V. There are several types of thermal cycling TEC modules in this series. The output currents are 5.5A, 5.7A, 8.5A, 7.8A and 12.1, each corresponding to a TEC module respectively. The temperature differences can be 72°C, 72.5°C and 74.5°C. The dimensions are not the same either. These thermal cycling TEC modules are designed for temperature cycling applications. The operational life of standard TEC modules will be largely reduced when the TEC modules shift from heating to cooling. However, the thermal cycling TEC modules perform well during the shift and the service life is much longer than standard TEC modules. Therefore, it would be a perfect selection when the application needs TEC modules with long operation life.(more)
