Piezoelectric materials are crystalline materials that generate a voltage at the both ends when pressure is applied to them to deform the surface; the most important characteristic is the piezoelectric effect, including the piezoelectric effect and the inverse piezoelectric effect. Piezoelectric effect refers to the application of a force to the piezoelectric material for deforming the surface of the piezoelectric material, thus forming charges at both ends of the piezoelectric material. Recently, we designed a high voltage 15A Laser driver with small size, ATLS15A218. It has both a wide input voltage range from 5.5V to 27V and a wide output voltage range from 0.1VVPS to 0.8VVPS. At the same time, it allows driving one or more laser diodes and its current can be as high as 15A. There is no need for heat sink with high efficiency. The output noise is low. It has a very small package with a 6 sided metal enclosure to prevent the controller and other electronics from interfering with each other. It’s very difficult to meet the above characteristics for laser driver at the same time.(more)
