TH2810D is recommended for measure the ACRs (AC Resistance) of our TEC modules. The TEC ACR is an indicator for TECs health strength. For a certain type of TEC, they are often made by batches. Within one batch, the lower the ACR of the TEC, the "healthier" the TEC is, the longer it lasts. Usually, installing a TEC on a heat sink assembly, the ACRs are often measured. After installation, the ACR is measured again, to prevent any mechanical damage done during the installation which may decrease the TECs life time. When the TECs are damaged or aged, the ACRs will increase. Therefore, this meter is very useful in checking the life strength of the TECs. The list below shows all the TECs of which their ACRs can be precisely measures by this LCR meter, TH2810D.
