ATTP1A is designed for evaluating TEC controllers easily. It’s easy to adjust the temperature range according to the customer requirement, so that the TEC controller can detect the pre-set temperature range. It provides a platform with wide temperature regulation range from -20°C to 110°C. The cold plate ATTP1A will be used together with TEC Controller TEC5V6A and TEC Controller Evaluation Board. The cold plate ATTP1A will connect with TEC controller by wire connector. It includes TEC module, thermistor and fan and heat sink on the right side of ATTP1A. Temperature range can be achieved through adjusting TEC temperature control parameters R1 (W11, W12, R1A), R2 (W21, W22, R2A), R3 (W31, W32, R3A) on the left side of the plate. There are three switches S1, S2 and S3 at the bottom right side of the plate. The switches will be turned off when adjusting the TEC temperature control parameters. When R1, R2 and R3 are all adjusted to the required resistance, turn on all switches.(more)

The TEC Controller TEC5V6A is designed for driving TECs (Thermo-Electric Coolers). It can be highly stable to adjust the object temperature. It has a very small package with a 6 sided metal enclosure to prevent the controller and other electronics from interfering with each other. We have a series of laser drivers that meet different design requirements: Ultra low noise laser drivers, high efficiency laser drivers, and dual channel mode laser drivers. The current of ultra low noise laser drivers is relatively small, and come with 100mA, 200mA, 250mA, 500mA, 1A and other current to choose from. The high efficiency laser drivers come with up to 6A current and 10A current under developement. The dual channel mode can drive N-channel or P- channel diode lasers respectively.(more)

In order to meet different needs of customers, we designed a series of high voltage constant current caser driver, ATLSxA212. They have different current values: ATLS500MA212, ATLS1A212, ATLS2A212, and ATLS3A212. They have a wide range of input voltage from 4.5V - 16V. There is no need for heat sink with high efficiency. Recently, we designed a high voltage 4A Laser driver, ATLS4A217. It has both a wide input voltage range from 5.5V to 27V and a wide output voltage range from 0.1VVPS to 0.8VVPS. At the same time, it allows driving one or more laser diodes and its current can be as high as 4A. There is no need for heat sink with high efficiency. It’s very difficult to meet the above characteristics for laser driver at the same time.(more)
