In recent years, with the rapid development of optoelectronic technology, diode lasers have been widely used in medical, defense, measurement and other fields. The change in ambient temperature directly affects the wavelength of the diode laser. Since the temperature has a great influence on the quality of the diode laser, in the case of a constant current, the laser wavelength will increase by about 0.1nm for every 1°C increase in temperature, and too high a temperature will cause the diode laser to age or even be damaged. In order to use the laser driver more conveniently, we developed an evaluation board for ATLSXA202D series diode laser drivers specially.
